The ceremony will be held at Trinity Canadian Reformed Church, 3081 Tisdale Rd, Mount Hope, ON.
Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating before the ceremony begins.
After the ceremony, guests are asked to make their own way to the reception venue.
The reception will be held at Alabaster Barn (also known as the Bouwman’s Barn), 8431 Twenty Rd, Smithville, ON.
The reception will conclude at midnight. We kindly ask that all guests depart the property by 1:00 a.m. Please join us around 11:00 p.m. to help send off the bride and groom.

Dress Code & Attire

Spring/summer colours are encouraged.
The ceremony will be held indoors. The reception will be a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces.
Heels are welcome; however, there will be grass at the reception venue. For your comfort, you may wish to bring a change of shoes.
Please plan according to the weather, as June evenings can be a little cool. Feel free to bring a sweater or blanket if you’d like.

Description text Yes, parking is available at both the ceremony and reception venues. Please note that Alabaster Barn offers field parking. Parking closest to the barn is reserved for wedding vendors, the wedding party, and guests with mobility needs or disabilities.
Transportation will not be provided between venues. There will be time allotted for guests to travel to the reception while the wedding party takes photos.
While we are not providing accommodations, we kindly ask guests to plan ahead and arrange lodging that best suits their needs.

Dinner will be catered by Maybee’s Backyard BBQ and will include pulled pork sliders, smoked brisket, chopped chicken, and some of their signature sides like mac and cheese, BBQ street corn salad, potato salad, cornbread, plus a choice of salads.
While we will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur. Guests with serious allergies are welcome to bring their own food for peace of mind.
Yes! Alcohol will be served. Kindly let us know your beverage preferences when you RSVP so we can plan the bar.
